•October 18, 2017 (2nd Session) – Creating a Successful Onboarding Plan for Long-Term Retention & Employee Engagement

Strawser’s passion for improving people’s work lives led her to start her own company People Factor, which is dedicated to helping organizations create intentional, productive, and meaningful cultures.
Carolyn Dorsey has over 15 years of experience in the people industry, with a heavy focus on project management, talent search, internal and external trainings, and orientations. She has been recognized for her work in detail orientated process creations and process implementation.
